Our salesperson, Dave Radice a professional person who took his time explaining all the new features on our new 2017 Accord, answered any questions, and a very quick and smooth transition putting us into our new car. Disappointed The used Honda civic was listed at 11,1195 online. We called ahead to get a going out the door price and was told 12,400 with taxes and tags. Once w The used Honda civic was listed at 11,1195 online. We called ahead to get a going out the door price and was told 12,400 with taxes and tags. Once we arrived our going out the door price was 13,189. Our trade in was not included in their buyer's choice paper and 199 was added for nitrofill for our tires, 399 for secure etch and 399 documentation fee these were not optional and were not quoted to us before the 90 mile drive there. They did go down to 12,739 but we had to begin to leave for them to drop the last 150. More
