Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that a 2-hour and 15-minute wait for an oil change and recall inspection can feel longer than expected, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. While recall inspections can sometimes require additional time depending on the manufacturer's procedures and technician availability, we recognize the importance of keeping our customers informed throughout the service process. Your comments will be shared with our service team as we continue working to improve both our efficiency and communication. We appreciate you choosing us for your vehicle's service needs and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience on your next visit. If you'd like to discuss your visit further, please feel free to contact us directly. Nadine Bateman 719-867-6721 BDC Manager nbateman@phillong.com
