Service managers are always friendly, courteous, accommodating and helpful. Scheduling is easy. Loaners are great to have. From the phone call to make my service appointment to picking up my squeaky clean, "like-new" Cayenne, the whole experience was seamless. David Roberts took excellent care of me and the service guys sent picking up my squeaky clean, "like-new" Cayenne, the whole experience was seamless. David Roberts took excellent care of me and the service guys sent a very detailed video stating the issues my car was having. I dropped off the car at 8:30 am and was on my way home with repairs completed by 3:30 PM to same day, now that's service! More
