I was very disappointed in my experience with Gavin Porsche. I took my 2019 Porsche Cayenne in look at my AC system which was not getting cool. They said I need a new AC evaporator core and quoted me Porsche. I took my 2019 Porsche Cayenne in look at my AC system which was not getting cool. They said I need a new AC evaporator core and quoted me over $13k which seems outrageous. They even charged me almost $300 to diagnose it which consisted of a 20 sec video showing a gauge attached to the system. I complained to Gavin but got nowhere. It’s doesn’t seem fair or right. More
