Negotiating on pricing was very solid as they understood my personal finances, Dave Rosynek really explained how we going to get to a happy price!! Finance dept gave me all the different options on paying my vehicle!! Best of All, Martha in insurance (Florida One) was great to help me choose an affordable plan not only for the vehicle purchase but also my other vehicles for my family which saved me money!! I bought used jeep on Jan 6th after driving for 5 days it was in the shop for oil leak. Arrigo soad they did 125 point inspection but had they actually done the inspection all the issues It had would have be was in the shop for oil leak. Also they would have found it had air horns on it, which they didnt till I informed them. The jeep has been in the shop since Jan 11th having all the seals replaced. When I reached out to arrigo dodge for help the financial guy tried to help but his boss wouldnt return my calls. I did get a text that said sorry for the inconvenience. Asked about thirty day return or them to buy it back and got a no on the first request and nothing about buying it back avoid this dealership at all cost. More
