I regret ever putting my two fe - This dealership is dishonest, mispresents car history and has selective amnesia when it comes to conversations. I regret ever putting my two feet on this property. My experience has been marked by broken promises, poor customer service, and a complete lack of communication. My vehicle requires repairs, and the dealership is trying not to honor the repair policy. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I have been given conflicting information and had to repeatedly follow up for answers. Calls are not returned in a timely manner or at all, updates are inconsistent, and I feel ignored as a customer. What should have been a straightforward repair process has become unnecessarily stressful because no one seems willing to communicate clearly or take responsibility. A dealership should stand behind its policies and treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, this dealership has done neither. I would not recommend this dealership purchasing from this dealership. More
