The experience was wonderful. Friendly courtesy detailed in their explanation and keeping me up to date on the process and status. I don’t know who Jeremy McLaughlin is so it is unfair for me to rate him. I may have met him but don’t remember him …dealt with Dave Thompson the entire time and he was awesome. Great guy very honest and even keel demeanor. The only recommendation I have is that the entire process from the time you walk in and move around and through it and different people needed a checklist so that nothing was missed or forgotten. Car sales is very high paced and everyone’s trying hard but there is a lot to do with every sale. Having a master checklist for the entire sale would be a huge help.. not intentionally but it felt like everyone was trying to remember everything off the top of their head .. eventually it will cause misses or errors. There is a lot of verbal info shared with customers and they will never remember everything. Impossible. Having a copy of a full checklist that the dealer and customer keep would elevate your customer service score’s astronomically. Thank you. More
