This dealership is a wonderful place to buy from, courteous and timely. No games, no garbage. Knowledge and my salesman went out of his way to introduce me to the service department and parts departm courteous and timely. No games, no garbage. Knowledge and my salesman went out of his way to introduce me to the service department and parts department making my life easier as well as him personally coming to my home in Niles to pick up my explorer to get rust proofed and seal coated …. Who does that !! Bugs, I can’t thank you enough…. Tom in finance was efficient and explained everything in a steady pace (I am hard of hearing) Tom had brought in a rib dinner for myself and my son as it was late and I appreciate that.. class act all around ! I do not like this process just as much as I don’t like the dentist - I’ll tell you what though, I’m absolutely greatful for everything I received from this place - Clean environment, class employees - everyone of them ! More
