Dealer put on wrong hitch. Told them numerous times it has to be a 2in hitch. They put on a 1 1/4 in. Had to remove it and get a U Haul one. Put molding on the bottom of doors Told them numerous times it has to be a 2in hitch. They put on a 1 1/4 in. Had to remove it and get a U Haul one. Put molding on the bottom of doors and front bumper they were falling off. They never prepped the area and the tape would not stick to black molding on bottom of the doors or front bumper. They had to re order and replace them with original factory tape. More

Buying the Honda pilot was a pleasant experience. No high pressure sakes tactics. Dave and Sean were both great. The delivery/pickup of the vehicle left a little to be desired. It seems like only a bare minimum effort was made to prep the pilot. They did wash the vehicle, but the inside was a little dirty. The floor mats were not installed, dust and some dirt on the doors and seats. The mileage also ticked up a bit after my initial test drive. I would still buy from Matt Burne Honda, but would pay closer attention when picking up the vehicle to take home. More

The woman at the desk was courteous and professional to the point of getting my car because I have diffi walking in the door and not waiting long. .
