All around easy and efficientexperience from start to finish I don't really like the car buying process with all the back and forth but planet ford made my experience a pleasant one. Dave (salesman) was extremel I don't really like the car buying process with all the back and forth but planet ford made my experience a pleasant one. Dave (salesman) was extremely knowledgeable about the trucks, very nice and professional, and treated us with respect. The negotiation process was straight to the point and the quickest I have ever been apart of. Then after your decide in a price, it usually takes awhile to get out the door. Howe ever, both the aftermarkets and fianance processs were very fast and minimal wait time. Thank you plane ford! More

Great buying experience! Visited this dealership after a few others. Didn't really know what I wanted but needed a good, gas efficient car to get back and forth to work. David Webb helped me find a really nice Ford Focus and I love it! Perfect car for my commute! This allowed us to identify a vehicle and form the basis of a deal without visiting the dealership. We set an appointment and Dave met us promptly. The vehicle was as he described and he honored everything he communicated earlier. Everyone we met was professional, persanoable and extremely helpful and friendly. From Mr Webb, to Alex and Jeff in aftermarket, to Ron in finance. Each listened to what we said and none attempted to talk us into anything we did not want. More
