Customer service from Tony has always been excellent! Every time I have been to Al Packer service department and have talked to Tony, I have always felt comfortable and felt I was dealing with a person I Every time I have been to Al Packer service department and have talked to Tony, I have always felt comfortable and felt I was dealing with a person I could trust. Whether I brought my Explorer or my Expedition in for either, service or repair, he would take time to listen to my concern about a repair and he would follow up to make sure it was taken care of in a timely manner. If there happens to be a delay, he would inform you and explain the reason for the delay. Whether it be a small job such as an oil change, or a larger job, Tony has always handled everything professional and courteous manner. A rarity found in some other auto repair facilities and many other places. More

Quick Service For New Ford Explorer I went in for a quick lube/tire rotation, etc. I also pointed out a seat issue. They repaired the seat, changed oil but could not get the locks off I went in for a quick lube/tire rotation, etc. I also pointed out a seat issue. They repaired the seat, changed oil but could not get the locks off the wheels. They indicated they would need to replace the locks due to aftermarket locks. Dave Worth (manager) ordered the locks and had them in a week. They called me to let me know. I went back and they quickly replaced the locks and rotated my tires. All covered under warranty! Great overall experience. Nice, clean waiting area with WiFi and computers for use while waiting. Friendly staff. Well done Al Packer! Steve More
