Routine maintenance was overseen by Tom (I think). The wait time was decent and there were no sales pitches for work that didn't need to be done. Very satisfied with Honda On Grand. We were greeted promptly at the service department and the work was done in a timely fashion. What keeps me from giving 5 stars is what I felt was an excessive labor charge, $50 for an oil change is far m the work was done in a timely fashion. Judging from the lack of people in the waiting room, I suspect other would-be customers feel the same. More
