Everything was going great until the shuttle was supposed to pick me up. I was told 10 minutes-I was waiting outside. The driver had no idea where I was even though the address had been provided. The driver called and still didnt know how to get to where I was. It took more than 40 minutes with no explanation other than the driver was lost. Waze? Google maps? Nothing? I thought I would be gone 15 minutes 7 was going over an hour and left aggravated and frustrated and angry. Was goping to this dealer due to their flexibility in scheduling, ease of getting in and excellent service. Not sure I will come back. More

The workers at this location refuse to update my address/ and email address on file for over 5 years now. Always an excuse to prolong it. I came in for an oil change and presented a coupon while checking in and email address on file for over 5 years now. Always an excuse to prolong it. I came in for an oil change and presented a coupon while checking in for free pair of windshield blades with full price oil change, after the oil change I mentioned to the front desk if they had switched out the windshield wiper blades and they stated they “forgot” and then proceeded to state that they cannot change the blades due to them not being “factory set” which I was never told about from the beginning when I mentioned and gave the coupon. More

I have closer Honda dealerships to my house but prefer to go to Honda on Grand. They have great customer service and i feel like they only fix what is wrong and dont try to sell stuff you dont need go to Honda on Grand.
