Quoted around two hours, but was really a little over 4 hours. Additionally, when checking out at cashier, they couldn’t find my paperwork, dispute calling me letting me know my vehicle was completed and k hours. The service department is always very efficient and responsive to my requests. Service is well done the car is always Aa clean as when I bring it in. They always finish in the estimated time. I had a 7:15am appointment for a check engine light. I sat in the waiting room until 9:00 before anyone came to talk to me. A little after nine someone came to tell me that while they were reading the I sat in the waiting room until 9:00 before anyone came to talk to me. A little after nine someone came to tell me that while they were reading the codes, my battery died and all the codes were erased. I know very little about cars, but do know that reading codes does not take nearly 2 hours. I have been bring my car back to Honda on Grand since I bought it in 2005 and have always been pleased with service and staff. My last 3 visits have not met the standard of customer service I had been used to and I am seriously considering not returning. More
