I bought my 2012 CR-V at Honda on Grand and have serviced it there ever since. They will match lower prices. The service used to be A+, but now I’ll give it a B. The first service guy forgot to tell me the car was ready. I switched, and the next guy was much better. But I got new tires, and they left them filthy after installing them. A small thing - but a sign they aren’t what they used to be. Maybe it’s tougher now to hire first-rate people, but it is a bit disappointing. More

I was persuaded to leave a good review at first in exchange for a free oil change (written out as well) but it was not honored for my second oil change as Honda already gives a complimentary first oil exchange for a free oil change (written out as well) but it was not honored for my second oil change as Honda already gives a complimentary first oil change and the written note said “1st oil change free for doing survey”. Vince knew this - but played it off as he was doing me a favor. The complimentary oil change and oil change for the survey should have been two separate occurrences. Vince acted as if I was dumb.. I worked with him for over 2 months looking for a HRV and after not honoring my oil change he had the nerve to say, “how is the accord” very unprofessional. I used to recommend this location to people but now Honda on Grand has lost my business and all the business of all the people I know. More
