Hi Carolyn, Congratulations on adding that Volvo to your fleet and for the kind words about David. As you know, while we always have good intentions we don't have a crystal ball so we cannot predict the future. But my feeling is that anyone that opts for additional coverages will probably send us a 'Thank You' Card in a few years; and the message will be 'Thank You for getting me the best pre-owned car ever, it was perfect and I never used the additional coverage' or 'Thank You for showing me the value in the additional coverage as it paid for itself and protected me against unexpected expenses'.
