I arrived at the front desk for my 1st service visit. I was greeted and immediately escorted to the service dept. Approx 4 male employees were standing there, but no one said a word. Finally the older of I was greeted and immediately escorted to the service dept. Approx 4 male employees were standing there, but no one said a word. Finally the older of the 4 stepped up to the counter and asked what he could do for me. I told him it was the 5000 mile service. “Where are you parked?” he inquired. I told him in the front, left of the front entrance. He looked confused, then said in a short voice, “well, typically most people park outside the service area here. I guess I will look for your car.” It didn’t feel like a helpful comment, but rather like I was being lectured. I commented again that it was my first time there for service. He found my car, and I was out in 40 minutes. He was much nicer and pleasant while I signed my papers. The visit was great other than his less-than-welcoming words. More

The actual service was great. However the smell in the waiting room was very strong of exhaust smell which is very unusual at this location. I normally provide the mileage and the person at the service department tells me which service is due and I decide what to do for the appointment.
