Ride on When my wife and I ,were looking for a replacement car ,we wanted something not only reliable, but a car that got great gas mileage, in its class . After months of researching vehicles there was only one car for us. It was going to be a Toyota. One slight problem, We could not find the one she wanted anywhere on the east coast. While we might find one with a sunroof, but no navigation .Beautiful gloss Black ,while she wanted silver, or no scoop at all. I just could not win. Since next to your home, a car is most peoples biggest investment .We weren’t going to budge on our wish list. One late Sunday, we looked on some of our usual internet search spots .As we tried one more time ,thinking maybe over the past weekend someone might have traded in our future baby. Low and behold , Kenny Ross Toyota of Moon ship town ,Pa. Had such a vehicle. There was a slight problem, no pictures it had only been on the lot merely a few hours .Being almost seven hours away, It was very hard to swing by for a test drive. They were closed Sunday to sales ,but internet customer service directed me to Mr. Bob McClain. Early Monday morning we called to inquire about the vehicle, and Not only did Bob, answer immediately .He was willing to take some pictures of the vehicle ,and send them to me with in an hour. Bob, eased our minds, not only about the car, but shared input on a safe local place to stay ,as well as the best cities secret spot to eat breakfast, before our trip back. Normally financing scares me ,it was not that way At Kenny Ross Toyota . Mr. Steve Bannon Made financing a breeze, and the Express Checkout was wonderful. My only regret, is living so far away to take advantage, of what I expect to be tremendous service. Upon arrival not only was the car in its own heated, show pedestal ,it far exceeded our expectations .Short story is Ha, Ha, Ha! I would drive 12 hours one way , for this type of service. My local dealers have something to learn from ,Kenny Ross’s Hospitality .Thank you so much again guys for everything .For we truly love our truck. We are the Boone’s ,from Powhatan, Va. and our dream car is The 2012 Toyota 4runner Trail Edition. And our Dealer is Kenny Ross Toyota, of Moon Ship town ,Pa. More

Buying a new vehicle for my pups made so easy ! I had to have over 7 surgeries in the past one and a half years and I needed to get a vehicle with an easy ride. I also wanted a very perfect fit fo I had to have over 7 surgeries in the past one and a half years and I needed to get a vehicle with an easy ride. I also wanted a very perfect fit for my two dogs which had to include an auto start that worked perfect for them. I emailed the dealership; told them what I wanted and had heard back from Marcus Dominish. I went to the dealership and met Marcus Dominish . He was incredible. Marcus was friendly, direct, to the point which is what I was looking for. I told him exactly what I wanted and why and he came up with the perfect fit. We tried out the auto start (which was a perfect it kept the cooling temp at where it needed to be without changing it when it started - this was a deal breaker fro me). I was able to get into the vehicle easily. The seats fit the contour of my body, with the heated seats an added bonus. We measured for the pups and all was well. I also went with the leather package for the pups. I must say that the pups, any passengers and myself are beyond happy in the RAV 4 Limited. I have had both family and friends, and dog owners, look at the RAV 4. I must also mention how Benjamin Leone and Steve Bannon helped with making the finances work. Both Benjamin and Steve took the time and they also heard my suggestions on what I wanted to look for in a bank for the loan. I also spoke with Jeff Schall, whom I had known from owning my older trucks, and he also thought the RAV 4 would be great for the family (pups). On a sidenote, I stopped in service because I couldn't figure something out. Other personnel also tried. David Baselj came to offer his assistance. I mention this because it was only after that I found out he was the top management of Kenny Ross in Moon. I have to say they all went the mile and that the pups and I are extremely satisfied customers!! ???????? More

CarBuying Experience. Thank You Rich "Coach" Cohar "Coach" was knowledgeable about the cars. he was patient with us and took his time. This was supposed to be just a test ride and I had ford and Hyunda "Coach" was knowledgeable about the cars. he was patient with us and took his time. This was supposed to be just a test ride and I had ford and Hyundai models to check out before I decided. Well Toyota and Coach sold me after i drove the new Camry. The price with dealer rebates and Kenny Ross discounts made this a great deal. Then the sales manager David gave me an obscene amount of money for my trade, which was icing on the cake. I usually have buyers remorse because I feel I got taken for a ride. Not here. They sell a great car and have a pretty nice dealership to back up the service side down the road. More

The sales manager, David, and salesperson, Goxsel, were so helpful from test drive to sales, to the day I picked up my Venza. The online finance application was easy to use and saved time. Our purchase for our new Tundra was excellent. No pressure at all. We were at the dealership very late and no one hurried us. Jennifer and Dave were great. Tony Trapuzzano and the team at Kenny Ross Toyota were easy to deal with and to date working with them has been the most pleasant experience we have had at a dealership. We liked the salesman Goksel very much. He greeted us at the door. He took above and beyond time to help us learn about all the features on the Toyola Avalon. When we picked up the car, he went over all the the door. He took above and beyond time to help us learn about all the features on the Toyola Avalon. When we picked up the car, he went over all the features again which was extremely helpful to us since we are not very familiar with all the technology. Goksel went above and beyond by coming to our home to help us program our garage door opener, and set up Entune application. He was very friendly from the beginning to the end. He is a good representative of Kenny Ross Toyota. I also want to thank Neil for helping with the financial proceedure. David was the manager I had to finalize the deal with and he bent over to adjust the number on the trade and the sale price of the car to meet my needs. Sam was extremely friendly and helpful also. My family and I had the worst buying experience of our lives at Kenny Ross Toyota in Moon township. The problems started when we asked Sam Piccolo to match a quote from another Toyota dealer. Sam took e lives at Kenny Ross Toyota in Moon township. The problems started when we asked Sam Piccolo to match a quote from another Toyota dealer. Sam took exception to our negotiation and said Kenny Ross Toyota would not match the lower price or improve the current bid offer. He went to great lengths to emphasize that "he can sell that car for more" and "not selling the car would not impact his ealership's monthly results." Although Kenny Ross Toyota's price was higher, we made a conscience decision to purchase a Highlander based on the availability of the Blizzard Pearl Model with limited miles. On Friday at 12:00, we requested to pick the vehicle up the following day at 10:00am. The Sales Rep, Jennifer Campbell requested that we arrive prior to 10AM as she had other sales appointments scheduled for 10AM. We arrived at 9:30. The car's body side moldings were not installed. If the car wasn't going to be ready, we would have appreciated a telephone call to schedule the pick up later in the day. Since we had scheduled to return our rental car, we asked for a ride back from the airport following our dropping it off. The hope was to allow us to meet our commitment and not to sit around on a Saturday morning waiting for the Shop to install the parts. Ms. Campbell informed us that a pick up at the airport was not possible due to the Kenny Ross being short handed. Ms Campbell said "they would try their best to install the parts" or we could bring the vehicle back for the installation on another day. As my husband and I discussed our alternatives, Sam Picollo joined the conversation pointing his fingers at our faces saying, "You're not happy and so I don't want to sell you the car!" We immediately asked for Sam's boss, Sales Manager David Baselj, who came out and said he heard what was going on and doesn't want to sell us the car because, "we are not going to be happy and we will give he and his team a bad survey result, which will cut his and his worker's bonuses, so we should leave." The Sales Manager actually seemed to revel in proclaiming, "Return their deposit!!!" It was quite embarrassing! We asked other customers sitting near us if they had ever seem anything like this situation, they sat there with shocked face's and nodded "no". As surreal as it sounds, that's what happened. My advice is to avoid the Kenny Ross dealership, there are plenty of other high quality Toyota dealerships in the area. We went to Baierl Toyota in Cranberry and had a wonderful experience with their courteous and friendly staff. In the end, we added a remote starter and bought an extended service agreement. Buying a car should be a fun experience and since you're spending thousands of dollars, you deserve a dealership that will respect you and appreciate you and your hard earned money. In our experience, KENNY ROSS TOYOTA SCION DOES NOT APPRECIATE ITS CUSTOMERS. More
