My family and I had the worst buying experience of our lives at Kenny Ross Toyota in Moon township. The problems started when we asked Sam Piccolo to match a quote from another Toyota dealer. Sam took e lives at Kenny Ross Toyota in Moon township. The problems started when we asked Sam Piccolo to match a quote from another Toyota dealer. Sam took exception to our negotiation and said Kenny Ross Toyota would not match the lower price or improve the current bid offer. He went to great lengths to emphasize that "he can sell that car for more" and "not selling the car would not impact his ealership's monthly results." Although Kenny Ross Toyota's price was higher, we made a conscience decision to purchase a Highlander based on the availability of the Blizzard Pearl Model with limited miles. On Friday at 12:00, we requested to pick the vehicle up the following day at 10:00am. The Sales Rep, Jennifer Campbell requested that we arrive prior to 10AM as she had other sales appointments scheduled for 10AM. We arrived at 9:30. The car's body side moldings were not installed. If the car wasn't going to be ready, we would have appreciated a telephone call to schedule the pick up later in the day. Since we had scheduled to return our rental car, we asked for a ride back from the airport following our dropping it off. The hope was to allow us to meet our commitment and not to sit around on a Saturday morning waiting for the Shop to install the parts. Ms. Campbell informed us that a pick up at the airport was not possible due to the Kenny Ross being short handed. Ms Campbell said "they would try their best to install the parts" or we could bring the vehicle back for the installation on another day. As my husband and I discussed our alternatives, Sam Picollo joined the conversation pointing his fingers at our faces saying, "You're not happy and so I don't want to sell you the car!" We immediately asked for Sam's boss, Sales Manager David Baselj, who came out and said he heard what was going on and doesn't want to sell us the car because, "we are not going to be happy and we will give he and his team a bad survey result, which will cut his and his worker's bonuses, so we should leave." The Sales Manager actually seemed to revel in proclaiming, "Return their deposit!!!" It was quite embarrassing! We asked other customers sitting near us if they had ever seem anything like this situation, they sat there with shocked face's and nodded "no". As surreal as it sounds, that's what happened. My advice is to avoid the Kenny Ross dealership, there are plenty of other high quality Toyota dealerships in the area. We went to Baierl Toyota in Cranberry and had a wonderful experience with their courteous and friendly staff. In the end, we added a remote starter and bought an extended service agreement. Buying a car should be a fun experience and since you're spending thousands of dollars, you deserve a dealership that will respect you and appreciate you and your hard earned money. In our experience, KENNY ROSS TOYOTA SCION DOES NOT APPRECIATE ITS CUSTOMERS. More

My 22 year old son, a recent college graduate, just purchased a 2012 Corolla from Kenny Ross Toyota. This is the fourth Toyota purchased by our family from this location in the past ten years. Our salesman Rich "Coach" Kohar was very helpful and knowledgeable. The general manager Dave Baselj personally called us about the special Memorial Day offers from Toyota and took time to answer our questions. Sam Piccolo, the sales manager located the car we wanted for us and gave us a no hassle deal. We would like to acknowledge Justin Flook the business manager for his patience while signing the necessary papers and Bob Marchionda, the customer relations manager who knows me by name and always welcomes me. Last but not least, I would like to thank the service department for all that they do for me when I bring my vehicles in for service especially Nick and Todd, the service consultants and Tim and Matt, the mechanics that I always request. My recent car purchase at Kenny Ross Toyota was a very positive experience. I traded in a car that was 13 years old. So I had a lot of questions to ask, and a lot of test drives I wanted to take. Tom Cuteri and Devin Brennan were very supportive and patient through the entire process. They did not try to pressure me into making any decisions. Nick Hufnagel in the service department was very friendly and answered questions I had about maintaining my new car. When I identified a problem with some of the paperwork, David Baselj, the General Manager, personally worked with me to resolve the issue. So far I have only needed to visit the service department once. Todd McKee was very professional and courteous. So far I am very happy with how everyone at Kenny Ross Toyota has treated me. I definitely recommend this dealership to others. More

My husband and I went to Kenny Ross to purchase a new vehicle. We were immediately greeted and asked if we could be helped. We specifically asked for David Baselj as we know him personally. David greeted us and after speaking for a while we were taken around by Adam Fasone. Adam was very friendly, extremely helpful, and just great to work with. He made us feel comfortable and confident in the dealerships ability to provide what we wanted. We then met with David again and as always, David Baselj, was professional and again inspired our confidence in the dealership. Our financing with Neil (sorry, I dont' remember his last name) was handled professionally and competently. This is our second purchase from Kenny Ross and we have recommended the dealership in the past and will continue to do so in the future. More

In the past, I was used to talking to the salesperson, and after every small discussion, the salesperson would run off to the managers office then come back with another proposal. At Kenny Ross of Moon, the manager actually came out and sat down with me and the salesperson, and worked out a deal that was good for all of us. I am impressed with this operation, and look forward to working with them in the future! More

My experience in buying a 2010 corolla was a very positive one. I was made to feel at ease, was not being pushed for any reason.
