The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars for the dealer is the "no haggle" pricing policy. In their defense though, I have found everyone is going to this hard line approach even though nobody likes it Ta the "no haggle" pricing policy. In their defense though, I have found everyone is going to this hard line approach even though nobody likes it Takes the only fun out of buying a vehicle, out of the equation. Now Dave, my salesman, gets 12 stars (even though 5 was their limit) because he did everything right. No pressure, just information. Met me late at night due to my work schedule. Answered every question in person or text and kept in constant communication. AND, because I purchased at night, I didn't notice it got skipped in the detail department until the next day. He was happy to oblige me with an amazing cleaning on my next day off and a trip to the "quickie mart" for refreshments while we waited. I've spent at least 40 years of my life in sales and customer service oriented jobs and this young man is the best!! More
