I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota 4Runner Limited from Toyota of Denton, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! Due to limited availability nationwide, I had to wait about a month for m Toyota of Denton, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! Due to limited availability nationwide, I had to wait about a month for my vehicle, That was different to say the least, but Chasity kept me informed every step of the way and always provided updates on its status. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, professional, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. What really stood out was the complete transparency throughout the entire process. There were no surprises, no pressure, and absolutely no “funny business” from start to finish. I highly recommend Toyota of Denton and all the staff members I had the pleasure of working with. It’s VERY REFRESHING to find a dealership that values its customers and does business the right way. If you’re looking for a GREAT buying experience, I highly recommend giving them a chance. I worked with Mo for a second purchase within a year. He was excellent to work with, and is the reason for the 5 star review. After the purchase I received text’s from someone who called himself a sales He was excellent to work with, and is the reason for the 5 star review. After the purchase I received text’s from someone who called himself a sales manager. I thought his approach was unprofessional. I had the same finance manager as last year. When I said upfront we were on a tight schedule, and didn’t want his sales pitch a second time, I sensed he was offended. I know he was doing his job but rejection is part of the process. Maybe I got a wrong impression. Jack in his role was an excellent upgrade from last year; he contributed to the 5 star review. More
