Terrible experience, visted the store to look at a tacoma their website claimed they had(they didn't). He starts asking stupid questions like what car i currently drive and do i know what this truck costs. When i responded with a fair figure for a car listed online at 46k he claims that very same trd pro tacoma i saw is 60k. That was the first guy i talked to, after some complaining and the usual apologies and non sense they had Luis call me.He promises some more information then 5 days, a missed call and a an automated email later he finally connects with me. Their quote: 59900...gotta hand it to them for having a sense of humor. Of course this quote is never in writing and to justify the price gouging they give me the usual dealer bs about being able to "secure" a vehicle for me. Avoid this pkace at all costs, they use predatory sub prime car lot tactics. More

This dealership is either unaware of the Florida statutes Section 976 [Actionable, unfair, or deceptive acts or practices] - or they are deliberately trying to obfuscate the intent of the law. They tried adding their dealer fees onto the advertised price thus increasing the price of the car by an additional $999.00 - which by law - MUST be included in the advertised price. When challenged, they were very smug and tried to denigrate us. For the ever-so-polite finance manager in the used car department who swears he has been selling cars for 10 years without being aware of this statute published in 2011 here you go - F.S. 501.976 (16) It is an unfair or deceptive act or practice, actionable under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, for a dealer to: (16) Advertise the price of a vehicle unless the vehicle is identified by year, make, model, and a commonly accepted trade, brand, or style name. The advertised price must include all fees or charges that the customer must pay, including freight or destination charge, dealer preparation charge, and charges for undercoating or rustproofing. State and local taxes, tags, registration fees, and title fees, unless otherwise required by local law or standard, need not be disclosed in the advertisement. Not only did he go out of his way to find the EXACT vehicle I wanted, he still managed to deliver the best price in South Florida. Other dealers tried to pressure me into buying a vehicle on premises, charge me an outrageous price for a special order, or show no interest at all. Professional and helpful.. I went by with my wife to look for a new Toyota Tundra, I fell inlove with this vehicle. It was the best car purchase experience I've ever had. The sales person David Bonilla was the first to contact me after I have found my car at True Car and then he found me a better car with the financing The sales person David Bonilla was the first to contact me after I have found my car at True Car and then he found me a better car with the financing that I wanted. I had about 5 other calls from other dealership but I stuck with David because he was the first to call me and he was the most helpful.
