I made an appt two days earlier about a recall and back window water leak on my Ram1500, however when I arrived, the appt was not there. Service advisor said they"d look at the back window and do the 45 mi window water leak on my Ram1500, however when I arrived, the appt was not there. Service advisor said they"d look at the back window and do the 45 minute software upgrade. He looked for but couldn't find my warrantee, said he'd check more and call me back. Never did. I found it at home and called, left a vmail. He never called back. Four hours later I called for a status and left a vmail for him. He never called back. I called again a few hours later and spoke with another gentlemen who said the software upgrade was almost done, and just come on in. I went in only to find out they only performed the software upgrade for the recall. He proceeded to tell me that it looks like the leak is coming from the back light, and that they outsource the back window leaks to a glass company, even though they know it a manufactured defect (23-098-23). So, they had my vehicle for 8 hours and only did a 45 minute software upgrade. On top of that. I took it to the glass company he recommended, and come to find out they did nothing to determine where that leak might be coming. That back light was never touched. So, he lied right to my face. I am tired of dealing with this incompetency from Dodge/Ram dealerships in St Augustine. I will drive further north or south to avoid this dealership. And on top of that, Ram Cares is worthless at supporting their own product manufacturing faults. Should be called Ram Could Care Less. Now, I'm stuck with a $1300 bill from the glass company that they won't even call be back. I will never buy another Dodge/Ram product again. -Steve More

I never find myself willing to share a positive experience at the auto dealer…because I haven’t had many, BUT this one was worth the rave. I worked with Ed as my primary Sales Rep, but David has al experience at the auto dealer…because I haven’t had many, BUT this one was worth the rave. I worked with Ed as my primary Sales Rep, but David has always been a big help. I got a two-for-one special when I came in to test drive my Ram 2500 and David was still finishing up a transaction. Ed, David, and even the finance manager Derick made this the most seamless and stress-free car purchase I’ve ever done. No one was pushy or “salespitchy”. In fact, all were providing tons of added detail to make sure in fact this is the car I wanted. I had financing, but they made the financing process simpler and I was able to drive off the lot with my truck that same day with the same rate and terms, but no wait. I will continue to be a long-term customer of Hanania CDJR based on this experience. Thank you! More
