do not EVER buy a car from Daytona Auto Mall CHRYSLER/Dodge/Jeep dealership... We bought a BRAND NEW car so we wouldn't have any issues... less than 9 months later, the car RATTLES... we took it CHRYSLER/Dodge/Jeep dealership... We bought a BRAND NEW car so we wouldn't have any issues... less than 9 months later, the car RATTLES... we took it in to the dealership 10 days ago. The service dept. keeps refusing to return our calls. Finally they called to say they found the problem and ordered the part.. After repeated, repeated, repeated calls, and speaking to the manager, they finally admitted the part is on back order.. I have Dr appointments I have been scrounging rides to get to... NOT ACCEPTABLE. More
