The staff in the service department is amazing and courteous Most service departments talk " down" to women thinking we don't know anything about cars. Adam's jeep doesn't do this. Great Staff Late Saturday morning, I required service on my Jeep. Expecting the service department to not have any available appointments, I planned to only purc Late Saturday morning, I required service on my Jeep. Expecting the service department to not have any available appointments, I planned to only purchase the parts. The parts department was extremely helpful and gave recommendations on actions to take with the service I needed. On my way out from the cashier, I decided ask the service advisor if, by chance, they could service my car. With enthusiasm, he checked and said yes. While waiting, I walked to the sales area and had a very pleasant discussion with a salesperson, who showed me a vehicle that he thought I might interest me. We took it for a test drive and I could only say good things about it. Although I did not purchase the vehicle, my overall experience with the staff at Adams Jeep was fantastic. Thanks!!! More

Well I did buy a bumper and Gobi Rack from them and cant wait for the Rack to come in and get installed. Sean and David are great and still cant believe this place is also just a regular Jeep dealer.....should have purchased my Jeep here...next time. A+ in my book. P.S,. They even found the time to install my front bumper that same day 1st time visit for just $135. Went ahead and did my service as well. Where else can you do that? Same day? More
