Salesperson David Burn was an exemplary representative of Gandrud, going out of his way to assure my complete satisfaction. "Tank" did a great job of detailing the vehicle prior to delivery. The used car manager was resourceful in coming up with this vehicle before it had even been placed in inventory, as a creative response to my specific request for features of a desired car. My experience with Gandrud's service department has likewise been marvelous. Ed Baldwin is an insightful diagnostician, determining the likely causes of concerns I've expressed. Great car at a great price I’d recently moved to the area and needed a oil change ASAP. Gandrud was the closest dealership. They had great pricing and I didn’t have to wait long I’d recently moved to the area and needed a oil change ASAP. Gandrud was the closest dealership. They had great pricing and I didn’t have to wait long. In the meantime, I wandered into the showroom and a beautiful Chevy Camaro caught my eye. I was able to get a trade-in estimate while I was waiting. They were fair, courteous and quick, not pushy. They even set up financing with my current credit union at an unbelievable interest rate. A few days later I drove off in my new car! More
