Amazing Customer Service! I went in looking at a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox and because of the negative equity on our current car, we weren't able to get into that particular vehic I went in looking at a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox and because of the negative equity on our current car, we weren't able to get into that particular vehicle. The guys at the dealership asked me if I would come in and take a look at the 2017 Trax. I drove it but decided it was to small for us so when I told Al of my concerns, he quickly said "let me see what we can do". After a few moments, he left and came back with a a 2018 Equinox. I instantly fell in love with the vehicle but I was doubtful that they would be able to make it work and keep us in our payment range. The sales person, sales manager and finance manager worked really hard to make it happen and we now own our very first brand new car! These people went above and beyond to make this possible. Although the ownership may changed, many of the staff remained and that, in and of itself, is proof of the great people who work there. I have had nothing but good experiences with sales and service afterwards, but this recent purchase has been by far, the best yet. My salesman Jessy Stancher was simply outstanding. He was very professional and extremely patient in my challenging situation. With the help of David Cain the Sales Manager , Jessy was able to broker a deal for me on a 2016 CPO Silverado. This deal could have easily ended as a, no deal, if it hadn't been for Jessy and Mr. Cain finding a way to make it work for me. I was very impressed with their service and can honestly say they made every concession possible to make the process as smooth as it could be. Mr. Smith in finance was also very impressive, only thing that could streamline his service would be if he could just sign for me. This dealership seems to be running at peak performance, from first hello to last handshake, this is a very efficient group.
