Great people, but poor service Everyone I met at the dealership was great but my main complaints are that (1) I had to wait for more than an hour after the estimate I was given to g Everyone I met at the dealership was great but my main complaints are that (1) I had to wait for more than an hour after the estimate I was given to get my car, and (2) the complimentary car wash was just terrible. It seems that somebody just ran a water hose over the car and never bothered to wipe it down or touch the interior. It's nice to offer a complimentary car wash with service, but not if all that means is getting the outside of the car wet without actually cleaning anything or even wiping it down. More

Culver City Mazda is the absolute best! I have a 10-year-old treasured MAZDA RX8 which needs genius expertise to maintain its performance. In all that time, I have taken it to 3 MAZDA deale I have a 10-year-old treasured MAZDA RX8 which needs genius expertise to maintain its performance. In all that time, I have taken it to 3 MAZDA dealerships. Now, I would not go anywhere else but Culver City Mazda. I continue to trust their knowledgeable service team and their wonderful customer care and consideration. I believe that they really care about me and my RX-8! Kudos especially to David Castro in Mazda service and Gladis Bellaso! More

The BEST Car Buying Experience! I've been through five rounds of leasing, but this was my first time purchasing a vehicle. I spent the past month doing tons of research & visited TEN I've been through five rounds of leasing, but this was my first time purchasing a vehicle. I spent the past month doing tons of research & visited TEN dealerships (various brands) driving a car at each. Culver City Mazda was BY FAR the BEST experience from start to finish. I truly appreciated the expertise and attentive, calm nature of David Castro (my salesperson) and recommend him to everyone. His goal seemed to be to get me in the exact car I wanted at the price point I thought was fair. David's intricate knowledge of the Mazda brand and ability to articulate details of various models actually facilitated my final decision. This solid, clean process was also due to the terrific team at Culver City Mazda from the Sales Manager Maria Alerta (who crunched the numbers and spent considerable time hunting down the exact car & interior I wanted) to my expedient and very sharp Finance Manager, Max Ginsberg.
