Oil change and regular maintenance I brought my 2019 CX5 for regular maintenance and an oil change. The check in process was smooth, and waiting room is very sleek. They offered Uber/Ly I brought my 2019 CX5 for regular maintenance and an oil change. The check in process was smooth, and waiting room is very sleek. They offered Uber/Lyft if I needed to leave, but I opted to stay for the 2 hours it took for them to take care of me. And they washed the vehicle for free. Overall very nice experience and helpful associates. I'll definitely be coming back as needed. More

Great except for one thing Great service, as always, very professional. One problem with this service was that my front bumper was not aligned properly and I asked them to look Great service, as always, very professional. They told me on the phone that the clip was broken and I needed to take it to a body shop....fine, not their fault but when it came back it was not only misaligned but cracked. They clearly tried to push or hammer it back into place and cracked it but did not want to acknowledge that to me. More
