Dave Crawford and Mark Robinson were wonderful to me. They really care about you as a person and not just a customer. They are truly kind and caring people. This is my fourth Buick with them so I think They really care about you as a person and not just a customer. They are truly kind and caring people. I was pretty upset about the whole ordeal but they were so kind and helpful. They reduced my stress level considerably. They made me feel valued as a customer and a person.
