We worked with Dave Datsko and he was truly wonderful to work with. He made sure we got within the price range we needed to be and explained everything in detail and let us take a look around ourselves without making us feel pressured at all during the entire experience. Earlier that day we actually called Ganley to see if they were offering lease options for 4Runners and we received awful customer service from their sales team. They sounded uneducated and got nasty with me on the phone. We are so glad we came to Summit Toyota, it was a painless process and Dave made it that way! Thank you so much!!! We also knew the invoice and MSRP prices to establish price levels and had gotten quotes from two other dealers. David Datsko the salesman was knowledgeable about the Tacoma. He looked at our numbers and took them to his sales manager without question. He texted us keeping us informed of the progress all the way through. I have been in contact with David Datsko from the moment the CPO Toyota Highlander My husband and I had a great experience at Summit Toyota in Akron. I have been in contact with David Datsko from the moment the CPO Toyota Highlander was posted on their site. We have been looking for this specific model and trim for months, but we weren't sure if we wanted to make the 5-hr drive to Akron for a test drive. Dave was very responsive to my emails and even made a video showing a walk-through of the vehicle. He was never pushy and he let us take our time. We decided to drive from Indianapolis and although it was a long trip, I am glad that we were not disappointed. Dave explained every single feature of the car during our test drive and addressed all our questions and concerns. He also worked within our time constraints as we needed to drive back home the same day. He even took care of returning our rental car to enterprise so they can pick it up from their dealership. He made this experience easy and stress-free for us. We had two little kids with us and everyone at the dealership were very friendly and accommodating. They even had BBQ and chips for customers all day! Couldn't ask for a better car-buying experience. If you are looking to buy a car, go to Summit Toyota and ask for David Datsko. Best dealer around! Me and my husband originally set out to trade in his car. We did. Shortly after (literally days), we decided to trade in two of my own vehicles and upgrade. The first experience was above and beyond any other service we have ever received from any other dealership. Because of that reason we came back for myself and purchased our second vehicle. No pressure, professional employees, knowledgeable, accurate, and HONEST. I will NEVER buy from another dealership. Dave is going to be our go to person for all our future needs. Sadly our brand new Tacoma was totaled while driving home (Take the GAP when they offer it!). As sad as the situation is, we are glad we had the good experience with the dealership as we are returning to buy our THIRD vehicle. YOU'RE NOT A NUMBER to these people folks! They are human like you and me! More
