Absolutely wonderful experience here. I wasn't sure I'd find anything I wanted but they had the exact car above my car age limit. Hayden was especially great because he was patient and a I wasn't sure I'd find anything I wanted but they had the exact car above my car age limit. Hayden was especially great because he was patient and a great customer service representative. We had a bit of a long wait while Dave, the finance/bank guy for the lot, worked hard to give us a better rate. It was an excellent experience all around and I 100% recommend this lot for ANYONE looking for a car. Even if you have to drive an hour, all of the reps/sales people are kind, polite, and respectful. 10/10, to BIG thumbs up to City Ford and Chevy Auto Mall!!! More

Zachary was polite and easy to work with, I appreciate them adjusting my trade in value and their sales price to find a good monthly payment. Seems like they were trying to shoot straight with me.
