I am from out of town and placed a down payment on the car after discussing it with Zach, who I believe did his best to represent it truthfully. He did tell me that the car had been involved in a minor a car after discussing it with Zach, who I believe did his best to represent it truthfully. He did tell me that the car had been involved in a minor accident, which your technician had pointed out during its inspection, but that it had been repaired correctly. Unfortunately, the repair looks okay on the surface but items behind the grill we not repaired correctly. After driving the car a while, I got warning messages that the cruise control forward sensor was blocked. Upon inspection I found that the sensor has a broken ear and that it was zip tied to the mounting bracket which is also bent. I believe this issue should have been found when the car was in your shop and either corrected or the potential customer advised of the deficiency. The problem has caused the car to apply the brakes when I was on the interstate and passing a truck, a situation that could cause a potential rear end collision. More
