Except for David, the service department is extremely unprofessional severely lacking communication within that department Store manager aka "Owners Son" Robert Pearlmutter, could not care less he's NOT unprofessional severely lacking communication within that department Store manager aka "Owners Son" Robert Pearlmutter, could not care less he's NOT any better his disgraceful lack of regard towards customer service is unbelievable. My car was towed to be serviced on Thur, Sept 8th for a blown tire Mr Leahy took the car. I had to rent a that day "dealership had no loaners" according to Mr. Leahy my tire was there Friday Sept 9, then Sat Sept 10th Mr. Leahy was out and Brandon service adviser who was extremely rude told me my car "might" be ready MondaySept 12 because they didn't have the tire. Basically he never checked. causing me the financial to pay a rental 3 days more than I needed to. Monday Sept 12, I spoke in person to the Store Manager who assured me if I sent him the bill for rental he would take care of it. Now Mr. Pearlmutter is ignoring the issue and refuses to reimburse me for the car will not respond to emails or calls. They take your $$ at point of sale then GOOD LUCK!! to you...Mary More
