"Unfortunately, we were unable to locate any appointment or service record under the name provided in the review"...What name did you search for? Also, you had more than one opportunity to "address" my concerns. Unfortunately, I need to have a recall issue addressed, so I'll be stuck in your waiting room for hours again. I'll come back and change my review if anything has improved.
