The only representative that had a clue to what selling cars is about, would be David, and he isn't the salesman. The 1st contact was not really interested in selling a vehicle. 2nd salesman handed us off, cars is about, would be David, and he isn't the salesman. I was ask to come in on a Saturday, when I arrived, again we were passed off. Maison our final salesman, he will make a great salesman, he was very courteous, and patiently tended to our needs. Unfortunately he needs more knowledge and to his defense, his examples are failing him. We did finally get things done after several hiccups that could have been avoided by the dealership. I know the credit score was low, but I should have never been treated as if that score was a direct refection of my intelligence. Take the time to mentor with better customer service to those young salesman, the dividends will pay off huge rewards. So while the entire experience wasn't great, there were some bright things, David and Maison. More

SOLD ME A LEMON! Had my car in the shop over 14 time in a year. I purchased March 2024 my cars has been in the shop about 14 times since I purchased. First the SHIFT TO PARK, TRANSMISSION REPLACED, ENGINE UNDERBOOST TURBO/SUPER CHARGER UNDERBOOST, Then 3 DAYS LATER THE ENGINE OVERBOOST TURBO/SUPER CHARGER OVERBOOST goes out. I have tried multiple times to see if they could switch me out of the 2022 Chevy Malibu only to get told they were not going to buy back. Mind you I purchased the extended warranty but not to use with in a year of the purchase I have tried and tried to work with them to put me in something else and only to be told they WILL NOT PURCHASE BACK!! I FEEL I WAS SOLD A LEMON FROM THEM! I went in on 07/02/2025 to see again after the 4th time and asked for the General Manager Mio R. He never came to talk to me in person I had called last Friday on 6/27/2025 talked on the phone he offered to purchase the car back for $16,000 on Monday I called to confirm only for him to tell me IF HE PURCHASES THE CAR I WOULD HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER ONE THROUGH THEM. I went in on 7/2/2025 to speak in person With the GM he never came and greeted me or even acknowledged me while talking to a Sales Representative Brock A. The GM Goes and talks to the SALES MANAGER while Im walking in the building with Brock to go over the options of course the SALES MANAGER asked him to run credit check only to tell me I would need money down and Co-Signer in order for them to take car back and that they will not be taking the car. I am Extremely upset with Customer Service I Have Received there not only that the Fact that the GM stated I WOULD HAVE TO PURCHASE CAR THROUGH THEM in order for them to take my car that I received from them. Very Very upset about the way they have treated me as a Customer who was willingly to take a trade for something else besides the “LEMON I WAS SOLD!!!!!! I have been in contact with Cooperate Officer for Cable Dahmer If PURCHASING CAR THROUGH CABLE DAHMER BE AWARE OF WHAT IS SOLD!!!! More
