Rather than having my wife walk around the lot (like they did at Concord Honda) Nanika asked what we were looking for and brought the cars to the front. Did I mention it was raining? Nanika was out sick for several days and Gerrard helped us actually buy the car. What a gentleman. Getting a great deal was painless and signing the paperwork took less than 20 minutes!
