Couldn't be happier! Jimmy and David were both wonderful in assisting my husband and I purchasing our first Toyota! David took us for a test drive and Jimmy sealed the deal. Both were no pressure and not the "typical salesmen." They were laid back, listened, and really cared about what we wanted and needed. Zero pressure! The dealership was able to price match another so I could get the color I wanted for the price we needed. We test drove on a Saturday and purchased that very Monday. I really wanted the Predator Tube Steps and they were installed before I even got to the dealership to pick it up! Brett in finance was also great in making sure we were well taken care of, getting the best interest rate possible. I would highly recommend the Pappa's Toyota dealership to anyone and am extremely happy with our purchase! More
