I have 4 stars over 3 solely because they did work on my jeep on Saturday. I scheduled an appointment Thursday for Saturday. I called to ask a question and was told to be in at 9. I showed up a few minute jeep on Saturday. I scheduled an appointment Thursday for Saturday. I called to ask a question and was told to be in at 9. I showed up a few minutes after 9 and felt that I was being a burden to the staff for being there when I was told to be there. Regardless, I have an extended warranty and asked for a price before any work was completed. I was called 45 minutes later and told the work was complete and my total was about $120. I again said that I asked to be informed of costs. I was told, there's a $100 fee regardless, so it wasn't that big of a deal. Regardless, the work they did and I paid for did not correct the issue. Needless to say, I'll be back next week, but I will not pay the fee a 2nd time, as you are aware of the issue and know what needs to be fixed. More
