I would like to recognize the mechanic the did the warranty repair on my 2019 ram 1500. Don Stjohn. It has never ran better than it does now after the repairs he performed. I have 4 stars over 3 solely because they did work on my jeep on Saturday. I scheduled an appointment Thursday for Saturday. I called to ask a question and was told to be in at 9. I showed up a few minute jeep on Saturday. I scheduled an appointment Thursday for Saturday. I called to ask a question and was told to be in at 9. I showed up a few minutes after 9 and felt that I was being a burden to the staff for being there when I was told to be there. Regardless, I have an extended warranty and asked for a price before any work was completed. I was called 45 minutes later and told the work was complete and my total was about $120. I again said that I asked to be informed of costs. I was told, there's a $100 fee regardless, so it wasn't that big of a deal. Regardless, the work they did and I paid for did not correct the issue. Needless to say, I'll be back next week, but I will not pay the fee a 2nd time, as you are aware of the issue and know what needs to be fixed. More
