Unfortunately, I brought them a terminal case, but quickly located the perfect replacement in their inventory. I got with Jon and we worked things out without a hitch. He introduced me to the service manager who owns two of the same model that I was targeting. He was so knowledgeable that I was super confident going forward! James in finance was easy to deal with and put the finishing touches on the deal as seamless as it goes. Thanks to the whole team at Davis!!!! More

I was overall very pleased with the service I received from Davis Dodge. My 2021 Ram truck wouldn’t start at a gas station in Jacksonville. Davis assisted in arranging a tow truck to take it to their shop from Davis Dodge. My 2021 Ram truck wouldn’t start at a gas station in Jacksonville. Davis assisted in arranging a tow truck to take it to their shop. It was Friday afternoon so the vehicle wasn’t looked at until Monday. David spoke with me Monday morning, advised me that the battery was bad and it needed a new fuel pump and it would be there the next day. Sure enough the part arrived as promised on time and was professionally installed. I got my truck back that day and the repairs were completed under warranty. I had Davis do an oil change while they had it. They service do much when they change the oil. Well done David! Thank you Davis service team. More
