I was NOT kept informed by David in Service Dept., as I should’ve been. Upon picking up my GREEN GMC ENVOY= purchased there, the hood was NOT CLOSED, (fortunately, I noticed!) & I was told to WAIT, while i should’ve been. Upon picking up my GREEN GMC ENVOY= purchased there, the hood was NOT CLOSED, (fortunately, I noticed!) & I was told to WAIT, while it’s being washed. It was NEVER WASHED! I’ve had it serviced here many times before, w/ “LEXI” helping me. I understand she’s NO longer there. What a LOSS!! She was FANTASTIC!!! More

I love my service team My check engine light came on in my car and David came to the rescue. I waited until Wednesday so I could leave my car with the Service Department. My check engine light came on in my car and David came to the rescue. I waited until Wednesday so I could leave my car with the Service Department. I was concerned of coming into contact with people since I have been quarantined due to COVID-19 and my position with patients. I was able to sanitize everything including my key, left it for the service tech and was on my way in my second car to help others. I got the next patient seen without a glitch. Upon the completed service I called in my card, the key was in the car and ready for me to pick up. There was a cover on the steering wheel and I sanitized (my precaution) and left. Thank you David and the Service Team. More
