Saturday monring hours make it so convenient for basic service. I needed a battery. After jumping my battery I got the car started and headed over to Boucher where Jacob met me in the service arrival bay service. I needed a battery. He reset the clock etc. and I was on my way in 20 minutes. The price of the battery was for less than what the area auto parts stores would have charged. More

I went to Express for a 10000 mile maintenance and tire pressure loss . My service technician was Jacob for that visit and the follow up when the new tire came in ( there was a nail in the side wall ). I pressure loss . I purchased vehicle and was told the warranty would last, till my loan was done, which i specifically ask, and then was told it was from the manufactures date, well i bought it 2 years old, and now i have a till my loan was done, which i specifically ask, and then was told it was from the manufactures date, well i bought it 2 years old, and now i have a car with 52,000 miles on it and a blown turbo charger, among other things, i was handed a service bill for 7,200 dollars that's not covered, great experience More
