I had a great experience purchasing my used vehicle from CBB. I live out of state and saw their listing on the internet. I contacted the sales staff and was immediately responded to by email. I proceeded to engage with questions and we had a very “no pressure” but extremely factual and super responsive discussion about the car. Paperwork was all done remotely and again was fast and easy. The dealer arranged for delivery and with 24 hours of the purchase I had my new SUV coming off a truck at my doorstep. It was such a pleasure working with CBB, I will look to buy all my cars from them this way! The sales staff, David and Chris were wonderful Thx. More

My experience at Certified Benz & Beemer was overall good. David Escalante was our sales rep. We did end up trading in my car for a bigger SUV. Although the buying process is very time consuming everyon good. David Escalante was our sales rep. We did end up trading in my car for a bigger SUV. Although the buying process is very time consuming everyone was very considerate and accommodating of our time as we did travel from Tucson. There are a few issues with the vehicle that need to be fixed however they seemed promising to resolve the issues. I would recommend this dealership for any future vehicle purchases. More

Horrible experience. Con artists and time wasters. I’m a busy professional and took the time to drive 45 minutes to their dealership after sending multiple pictures and v Con artists and time wasters. I’m a busy professional and took the time to drive 45 minutes to their dealership after sending multiple pictures and vehicle information on my trade along with an offer from another dealership I had received. They texted me stating they would very close to the offer I had received and that the car I was interested in was in top shape. After my long drive there, and sitting in their shop for an hour (with no other customers around ) , they came back with a low ball offer along with an extra 1000 dollar charge for their cheesy tint job. The car I was interested in had a big gash in the hood area where the clear bra was and the sales manager acted like it was no big deal. Absolute tool. Needless to say it was a horrible experience and the sale manager was a complete joke who acted like I was bothering him by being there. He needs a new profession. Don’t waste your time with these guys. Their past awards were obviously rigged. Don’t let the hype blind you. (I was a cash buyer by the way… easiest sale on earth if you just follow through on what you say you’d do) No awards are in this dealerships near future… More
