We didn’t need to upgrade our vehicle but we looked at their website and saw some great deals. We called from the road around 9 am and Zac Nichols answered the phone. Zac is great to work with, he was upfront about what he could and couldn’t do on prices and by noon time we decided to divert by 2 hours to Columbia Missouri. What a great experience we had at Mercedes Benz of Columbia. Zac made us feel welcome and treated us as a valued customer but also a new friend. All of the staff, sales and service, were great to work with and they all seemed to truly enjoy their job at Mercedes Benz of Columbia. Congratulations to owner Rusty Drewing, Sales Manager Gus Aslanidis and Finance Manager David Fabio for creating a warm, welcoming and efficient car buying experience. We finished our journey home in the car we bought that day and we couldn’t be happier. More

Best car buying experience EVER! Rusty Drewing, Zac Nichols and David Facio are awesome! We had a very specific vehicle in mind when we initially started speaking with Rusty. Next th Rusty Drewing, Zac Nichols and David Facio are awesome! We had a very specific vehicle in mind when we initially started speaking with Rusty. Next thing we know, the vehicle was in front of us and ready for a test drive... a 4 day test drive. Zac answered all of our questions and took care of all the details while patiently waiting for us to commit. Then, once we were ready to finalize the deal, David secured us a great loan rate without blasting our credit score to every bank in town. The service is outstanding, the facility is beautiful and the entire team does a phenomenal job. The old school bottle Coca-Cola is pretty sweet too :) More
