I started working with both Chris and Dave online and was able to email my questions to them prior to coming into the dealership. They were both extremely knowledgeable and prompt in answering me. When we came into the dealership we worked with Dave, he was very nice and knew a lot about the Dodge Caravan we were buying, which was great! We had a complicated trade-in and they were able to work with us on the price and we were able to get our new minivan payments within what we wanted. In addition to the sales team being great, the finance guy was also great! This was a truly easy car-buying experience and I would definitely recommend Naperville Dodge to anyone! More
