Resurched online looking for a Ram 1500, saw a nice red one and decided to make the 20 mile drive to see it. When I got there at 11 am I found out it was sold already, so I test drove a black one, but I la one and decided to make the 20 mile drive to see it. When I got there at 11 am I found out it was sold already, so I test drove a black one, but I later realized it was out of my price range (Cadillac likes with a Pinto wallet). No pressure from Dave to buy, and he suggested maybe a Jeep Liberty. Test drove an Arctic Edition Liberty and it was great. Decided to wait to see if this other dealership closer to my home would deal on a 1500 but to no avail, just too much $. I understand that a Ram 1500 Big horn is a little over my price range now. Went back later close to closing at Naperville jeep and got a TREMENDOUS deal on the Liberty Arctic and am VERY VERY happy with the outcome. I bought it and Recommended them to a co-worker. More

I have wanted a Dodge Challenger for a few years now. I dediced to search online for my dream car before heading out to a dealership. We originally visited a dealership close to our home in Yorkville. We dediced to search online for my dream car before heading out to a dealership. We originally visited a dealership close to our home in Yorkville. We had planned on working with them until I found a car at another dealership. We sent an email out expressing our interest in that particular Challenger only to find out it had just been transferred to another dealership. We never heard back from that person. We then decided to look at other dealerships a bit farther from our house. Not shortly after emailing about our interest in a Challenger, did we receive an email from Chris Olson, letting us know he would be happy to help us find what we were looking for. We received a couple more emails after that, as well as a phone call. The next day we called back and left a message for him. Shortly after, Dave Foland called us and we ended up scheduling an appointment for Monday to come in and check out a few Challengers they had. What I want to stress here is that they were the only salesmen from the 4 dealerships we contacted that went above and beyond to help us out. That is what made us drive 45 minutes from where we live to get our new car. We could have easily went 10 minutes away and purchased our car, but we didn't. We strongly believe in good customer service. If I am spending over $30,000 on a car, I want the best customer service around. That is exactly what I got and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. I have wanted a sports car since I was 18. Since having 3 kids that dream was put on hold for a while, but now I was able to get my sports car! The kids love the car and every time I open the garage door, I just smile. Sometimes I just open the door to look at the car. Dave and Chris were just awesome during the entire process. I spoke with Chris after my purchase regarding a few questions I had and he was so helpful. Chris made sure that I knew to call anytime I had a question about anything. I know that anytime I have a question I can give either of them a call and know I will still get that great customer service. When my husband is ready to get his new truck, we will be back!
