I stopped here in my search for a Town and Country for my wife. Having had a rather unpleasant experience with a dealer trade bait and switch at Tyson Motors in Shorewood, I went to see what they had in the wife. Having had a rather unpleasant experience with a dealer trade bait and switch at Tyson Motors in Shorewood, I went to see what they had in their inventory comparable to what I had initially zeroed in on. Chris and Dave F. were beyond professional (if there is such a definition) and understanding of what I was looking for - and clearly communicated the various costs and discounts on the vehicle with nothing hidden or buried. The price offered to me on the vehicle as well as the value of my trade was about spot on to what I had been expecting (both on an outright purchase and a monthly payment). I have to say - in my years of Car Dealer experience, I've never come across a sales manager quite like Dave Pickell - very easy going and personable. I felt zero pressure through the experience, and he had an answer for every concern I rose, as well as put his words down in writing contingent to the purchase. Honestly, thats the FIRST manager I've ever seen do that to put a buyer at ease. The entire time I was in this dealer from sit down to out the door with the keys in hand was 2 hours flat (I ran a timer). This included a test drive, and waiting for my wife to drive up from Plainfield to sit with me and sign the papers. These guys have a customer for life. I have no reason to buy another Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram from anyone else. Thank you one million times over! More

I was in the market for a mid-size SUV. Previously drove a Honda and performed a lot of internet research on top level mid-size vehicles which lead to me test driving both Honda CR-V and Jeep Cherokee. The online reviews were spot on about the Cherokee. Overall it is an outstanding vehicle and the one both my wife and I preferred. In negotiating with Dave and Chris, they gave me better trade in value for my Honda and competitively priced the exact vehicle we were interested in. In comparison, Honda would not budge on trade in value of my car and/or the price of the CR-V and I was a return customer!!! Well goes without saying that I'm not anymore. Overall great vehicle, good experience at this dealer, and I would recommend them if you are interested in Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram. More
