The auto body shop did a fantastic job in repairing damage to my Ford F-250 truck and Fifth Wheel, going above and beyond in making sure the work done and parts used were high quality at a very reasonable price. It is hard to find such a great service staff that are honest, do what they say they are going to do at a fair price these days. They have a customer for life! More

GREAT SERVICE SHOP & BODY SHOP I have been ripped off and not serviced by almost every kind of service shop, including PepBoys. I have never found a reliable dealer, so, even though I have been ripped off and not serviced by almost every kind of service shop, including PepBoys. I have never found a reliable dealer, so, even though I bought a Mountaineer from Forrester like six years ago, I never thought to get my ten year old Ford Explorer serviced there - until last month. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! From the moment I called to book an appointment and an appraisal on the body work, to the time I picked it up - it was just great - and MY CAR HAS NEVER RUN SO WELL!!! They are terrific. I needed four new tires to pass inspection (original tires on there - 100K). I really thought I would have to take it to Costco for the tires - but NO..... they came up with GREAT tires at the Costco price AND a warranty from the dealership! I just can't explain how great the customer service AND the fantastic mechanical service is here. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!! The end cost was $1000 LESS THAN I ANTICIPATED - LESS???? HOW IS IT LESS??? BECAUSE THEY ARE SO HONEST AND RELIABLE!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! Thank you all so much again! PS: TOBY ROCKS!!! He took care of us buying our car six years ago - and should have just kept coming back.
