Started search on-line looking at multiple dealerships so had opportunity to "preview" vehicles with Al who very professionally transitioned us to Dav Started search on-line looking at multiple dealerships so had opportunity to "preview" vehicles with Al who very professionally transitioned us to David when we arrived at the Showroom. Dave very friendly and helpful, quickly got us into the vehicle of choice for a test drive, and did his best to shorten the wait time that followed. Vehicle (pre-owned) had just arrived so following day Nielsen thoroughly inspected, made corrections, and had it ready for pick-up to suit our busy schedule. Paperless purchasing method very interesting. Overall the Nielsen experience was a great one and we will be back! More

He took me to see the vehicle I had inquired about and right away we were test driving it. I had originally planned to get one car but the service and class was too good to pass up the opportunity to get another. So I did.
