This dealership is very client oriented. I am able to get my car into service in a reasonable time. They are very attentive to my comfort while I wait for work to be done. When it’s going to be a long appointment, they provide a rental car so I can get some errands done. I really appreciate their cheerfulness and straight talk as well. More

Audi has a known defect in its 2. 0 T engine for excessive oil consumption. It has been the subject of previous recalls and class action law suits. Neither Audi of America nor the dealership, Herb Chambers, Audi of Brookline will stand by its customer and provide relief. My 2015 Audi A6 with 87,000 miles is consuming over 1.4 quarts of oil every thousand miles and the dealer said it needs to be replaced at a cost of $15,000, Buyer beware. More

Luis is the latest outstanding service rep who we have dealt with, and we truly appreciate the fact that he has come to know us and our vehicles. He works with us to develop a cost-effective strategy to keep our cars safe and running well. This visit, we brought in my wife's SQ5 for an oil change and its 50k service. The work was done quickly, we were informed of the progress during the day, and delivery of the car was scheduled when it was convenient for us. And picking up a cleaned car that runs smoothly and has been thoroughly checked is the best way to end a service visit. More
